CDFPay Updates, Parent Action Required
Over January our Online Ordering Company has undertaken some extensive upgrades, and have joined forces with a company called Flexischools.
This means that ALL parents, new and old, will need to create a new account.
You can do this by using the Online Ordering tile on our school app, or by clicking on this link:
https://user.cdfpay.flexischools.com.au/login
Some tips for you to follow:
- EVERYONE will need to create a new account
- When searching for our school, start with our postcode of 3280 (there are too many St Joseph’s!) and our school will come up in the shortened list to select from
- YOU will need to add each of your children, and select their 2025 classroom. Please make sure this is correct, as this is where the lunch order will be delivered to. If you or your child cannot remember, you can look this up in PAM.
This new system is easier to add your child to more than one account i.e.both parents, or grandparents if needed.
Unlike the old system, due to upgraded privacy restrictions, we can no longer add students or amend your account for you in any way.
If you have any questions, please contact the School Administration Team and we will do what we can to help you.
You will need to set up your new account BEFORE any orders can be made.
